Traditional Shave

More InfoOur traditional shave begins with an application of our special hot lather, then we drape the face and neck with a steaming hot, scented towel to open the pores. This process is repeated a second time for further softening of the hair. A pre-shave oil is massaged into the beard, followed by application of hot lather against the grain of the beard. Using a disposable straight razor, your barber will gently remove the hair with the grain of the beard. Once clean-shaven, your barber will place a refreshing, ice-cold towel on the face to close the pores. Finally, an application of after-shave balm to help lock in moisture, heal and soothe the skin.
We will never use a multiple blade razor to remove your beard. True barbers only use straight razors to shave.
* Upon request and accompanying the first-time purchase of a straight razor, we will teach you the basics of this procedure for daily home use.

Hot Towel Barber Facial

More InfoThe facial was originally developed by barbers to provide skin care to their clients. Today's estheticians borrow their principles from this barber science.
Our Method:
We begin with a scented hot towel to open the pores. A mixture of facial scrub and daily face wash is used to exfoliate and cleanse the skin. We then tighten and clarify the skin using a clay mask followed by an herbal mint toner to restore proper pH. An under-eye complex is applied to the sensitive skin underneath the eyes to cure that "hound dog" look. Finally, we massage your face with an oil-free moisturizer using a series of movements taught in the early days of barbering. Remember your skin is an organ, so remember to take care of it properly.

Executive Barber Haircut

More InfoWe believe that the communication phase of the haircut is the most important. We don't believe haircuts can be ordered like fast food (e.g., "Number 1 on the sides") or by a simple phrase (e.g., "Regular men's haircut"). Each haircut begins with a consultation to help determine what you want. The barber will then analyze your hair and face to assist in a recommendation. Please let your barber know if you like your current style or if you'd prefer to try something new. Information such as the approximate date of your last haircut and whether you have cowlicks, bald spots or skull irregularities influences which tools we'll use and how we'll use them.
Skilled with all barbering tools, our staff will help you achieve a dapper look that would make Cary Grant proud. To finish, your barber will outline with a straight razor and place a hot towel on your neck. If desired, washing your hair is included; just let your barber know if you prefer to have it washed prior to or following the haircut. Superfluous flattery is included.
Also, feel free to pop in for a complimentary neck shave between haircuts. Hot lather, straight razor, towel, and you're on your way. Please remember to take care of your barber before you head out.
